In simple terms, virtualisation offers a way to help consolidate a large number of individual machines/servers on one larger server or a cluster of server(s). Virtualisation allows multiple virtual machines/servers, with heterogeneous operating systems to run in isolated environment, side-by-side on the same physical machines.
Each virtual machine/server has its own set of virtual hardware (e.g., RAM, CPU, network card, USB port, CD/DVD drive, etc.) upon which an operating system and applications are loaded. The operating system sees a consistent, normalised set of hardware regardless of the actual physical hardware components.
Virtualisation is a specifically designed host operating system that run on today's designed server hardware. This server or cluster of server(s) isolate the networks into network segments allowing total networks to run isolated from each other. Virtualisation, when configured correctly can benefit any business, no matter the size and give IT departments greater control over their computing environments.

Our operating hours are very flexible, we are always available from 8am to 6pm weekdays, and can easily be reached after hours, by logging a support request via the ACEIT Support Portal or just call, email, SMS, Skype, etc. We cannot hide so we are always available … even at 9pm on a Sunday evening.
All ACEIT staff carry mobile phones, tablets and at most times are not far away from a computer system if you need help remotely. All ACEIT staff have access to the ACEIT Support Portal and help desk, access to email and SMS text messaging, live chat and Skype.
