HOW DO WE CHARGE FOR OUR SERVICES?
We do not charge upfront for support services, nor do we make you prepay, or give an expiry time on charged services. It is very simple with us; if it is fixed in under five (5) minutes .. it's free. Not logged at all.
If it needs more attention, we then charge in 15 minute blocks or through mutual agreement. We are very fair when it comes to charging our clients, as everything is logged via our internal ticketing management system.
Support from ACEIT is not about making money, it is about building strong positive business relationships with both clientele and business partners. We also do not run against the clock. Support is served to our clients as required, even if you contact us five minutes before close of business. We are here to assist you whenever you need.
